We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location in Stubai valley was perfect, especially for those wanting to explore the Gletscher area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help with any questions or needs we had. We were impressed with the range of services offered, including laundry service, airport shuttle, and even a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and sitting area, made us feel right at home. The spa and wellness centre provided a luxurious and relaxing experience, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage options. The sun terrace and garden area were great for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a New Year's stay at a family-oriented hotel in the mountains, which was located on a main street, but still close enough to ski slopes. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast was standard, but the highlight of the stay was the spectacular five-course dinners. The spa area was also quite relaxing.
The room was noisy due to hearing other guests and traffic. The lighting options could be improved, and there was a shortage of amenities like towels, pillows, and blankets. Given the price, the overall room quality wasn't as expected. Thus, while the food and spa were nice, it was disappointing that the comfort level of the room didn't match up.

I had a great stay with exceptional breakfast, friendly staff and perfect location close to the Glacier area. The hotel facilities were well kept and the cleanliness of the room and shared areas was impressive. I loved the fact that there was parking available and transportation was easily accessible.
Could not be improved in any way.

loved the half board fare, delicious food and a warm and cozy room. The breakfast was hearty and filling and we really enjoyed the fondue night. The spa was also a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The traffic noise from the road was a bit of an issue as our room faced it. , the mattress was a bit soft and noisy which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
